Hey there!

We are looking for someone who's friendly and laid back to join our lovely 3 bedroom flatshare in Bethnal Green.

The room will be available from 20th June. Rent is 656 per month, and bills are an additional ~60-80 per month. This includes broadband!

The room available has a double bed and plenty of storage space, including a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and big modern windows. It's very well-lit, and east-facing so the sun is lovely in the morning. The windows are also modern and swing wide open, so it's lovely in the summer!

The flat itself has excellent transport links, being 5 minutes walk from Bethnal Green tube station (Central line, zone 2), 10 minutes walk from Stepney Green tube station (District and Hammersmith & City lines, zone 2) and just a couple of minutes walk from lots of bus stops.

It's a really lovely area, close to shops (some 24 hr), with lots of nice and quirky bars and cafes nearby, 10 mins walk from Regent's Canal and Victoria Park, and 20 mins walk from Brick Lane.

The flat has 3 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen/lounge area (with oven, electric hob, microwave and washing machine) and a bathroom (with a shower and bath).

The windows throughout the flat are double-glazed and absolutely massive so the place is really light. As we're on the third floor, you get a lovely view of the area from every room.

We're John and Tanja; we've lived here for 8 years and 1 year, respectively. We like exhibitions, theatre, evening talks, geekery, live music and there's sometimes music in the house. We also enjoy cooking, travelling, and dinner parties. We both have busy lives studying and working so may be away at times, but enjoy a catch up and house meals when we can.
