Flatshare Description

Hello! My flatmate is moving to Spain, so I have a good-size bright, double bedroom available in a large two-bed top-floor flat in Blackheath with excellent transport links. The room includes a double bed, wardrobe and shelves. Move in date can be flexible, but end of October/beginning of November is preferred.

It's a beautiful flat - a period property and the bedrooms and lounge are large and lovely and bright. I've lived here for 7 months and I love it.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a washing machine and a gas hob. There is one bathroom with a good shower and a bath. The flat is newly decorated and carpeted and has gas central heating so it's not too cold in the winter and not too hot in the summer. I am very clean and tidy (I know everyone says this, but I actually am!)

Flat is fully furnished and there's a loft where you could store things if needed (although I've never ventured up there!)

It's a short walk (15 mins) and an even shorter bus journey from two stations - Blackheath and Westcombe Park, which go into London Bridge, Cannon St, Victoria, and Waterloo East. It's also a 15 minute bus ride to North Greenwich tube station on the Jubilee line with the bus stop right near the flat.

It's right next to Blackheath and 5 minutes from Greenwich Park. Blackheath Village has lots of bars, restaurants and shops. It's a really nice, safe area to live.

750 a month rent (or 880 with bills), and 1050 deposit. No agency fees and the landlady lives locally. (I'm a tenant, not the landlord). The bills come to 130 a month each- this includes council tax, electricity, gas, TV licence, Virgin TV and broadband.

I'm 30 and work in education as a content editor normally 10-7 so I'm unlikely to get in your way in the mornings! I like to go to the theatre, dance classes and museums quite often. It's a quiet flat so no wild parties please! I also like to travel a lot, so you would have time to yourself regularly. I'd like someone who is also very clean and tidy. I'm British but I also speak French and Spanish.
