Flatshare Description

We are 2 girls and 1 guy. We have a beautiful Victoria home opposite a park at the top of Brixton Hill.

The rent above is inclusive of all bills which include a fortnightly cleaner, super fast internet, council tax, water, electricity, gas, TV licence, and basic household goods.

Quiet location and friendly houseshare we call home. We are looking to replace a housemate who is leaving in June. The room is available from the 16 Jun 2018. But an earlier move-in date can be considered.

It's a large light and airy double room loft room with two large skylight windows and one smaller one overlooking the park across the street from the house.

The room is unfurnished.

We are all working professionals from a variety of professions. This is a home rather than just a house.

The house is large with a walk-in wardrobe, a lengthy kitchen and decked garden, spread over three floors with plenty of space. We have two bathrooms one with a shower and one with a full bath.
