Hello! We are looking for a third flatmate for a nice, double bedroom in our very conveniently located flat in a beautiful grade 2 listed building on Caledonian Road in Islington.

Youll be sharing with two females in their 30s, while we are busy and have our own lives, we are quite sociable with a wide range of interests and share the occasional dinner or glass of wine together.

The room has laminated floors and is partially furnished. It comes with a wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers and bedside table.

We share the kitchen and bathroom, but unfortunately, there is no living room.

The flat is about 5 min walking distance from Caledonian Road tube station (Piccadilly line) and 5 minutes from Caledonian Road and Barnsbury Overground Station.

Monthly bills (including water, electricity, gas, council tax and broadband) usually come to about 80pp.

The room is available from the 1st of August. Do get in touch, with a little bit of information about you, viewings start from 12th July.
