This is an advert for a beautiful room in a great flat. The flat is seconds away from the madness and vibrancy of Kingsland road but still far enough away for it to be peaceful, chill and the opposite of all the things you find in Dalston.
The room has a massive floor to ceiling fitted wardrobe and a double bed with room left for a desk, chest of draws, rails or whatever you need in your room.
The flat has high ceilings, large windows, and feels big. The living room is massive with a big old dining table. The kitchen is light and airy as the glass door to the roof terrace leads from the kitchen. The bathroom is clean and compact with a powerful shop and plenty of hot water.
There's an hallway and corridor that separates the living room away from the rest of the flat which helps in keeping the place quiet and relaxed.
You'd be living with one other person. Me. I'm an affable, friendly, genuine and positive minded person who gets on with everyone as long as they are happy in themselves, friendly and respectful of other people and things, and live life to the fullest.
I am hoping to meet someone on here who will become a friend I live with rather than someone who share the space with me. I don't necessarily mean that we have to eat dinner every night together and watch the same series on Netflix but I also don't want to live with someone who doesn't want to chat and have a laugh when we're in the house.
This flat is amazing because it's close to everything (London Fields, Stoke Newington, Dalston junction, Angel, Broadway market) but still manages to be relatively quiet. I've lived here now for 6 years (with a two year gap after the third year) and I really love being here. The landlady's a super efficient and professional and get things done.
