Flatshare Description

The property is beautiful and is set between Dalston and Haggerston, so options for travel are Haggerston Dalston and Dalston Kingsland tube stations. There is two 24 hour buses that go central a 2-minute walk away. It's an upcoming neighbourhood with loads of small restaurants and trendy shops setting up nearby - every food you can think of!

The house has 4-bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 showers and a bath, 1 kitchen and a large garden with BBQ. There is also a small roof terrace. The neighbourhood is quiet and off the main road. The housemates are lovely, one works in I. T, another is an architect and another is an art teacher. All work 9-5 Monday to Friday jobs and are social at the weekends. They are really into travel so its rare to have everyone in the house at the same time. We are respectful and clean; it is not a party house. We are all 30 and above now so need our sleep. We have BBQs and dinner together often and we each take a bill on in the house, so if you move in this would be expected. We have a cleaner that comes twice a week.

The house is with an agency so you need to sign the contract and rent including bills is 780 a month with an 800 deposit. They are the best agency I have had in London and have a private maintenance guy for any issues we have with the house, things are fixed quickly if needed and they respond to our needs quickly.

The room is spacious and it has a lot of light. I will be leaving the mattress and a closet. If you have any questions about the house, message me.
