Flatshare DescriptionHi Everyone!I am looking for someone to take over my big double room in this lovely and bright flat just off Bricklane.
The room has lots of natural light and is fully furnished with a king size bed, huge wardrobe, small desk, bed side table, set of drawers and the two big blue chairs on the photos.
You would be sharing with a girl (Portuguese student) and two guys (French and British professionals). No couples or pets, sorry!
The location is just amazing in zone 1 (E1). You are literally 2 minutes off of Bricklane in a nice residential bubble so noise is never an issue. You'll be 5min to Aldgate East, about 8min to Whitechapel or Aldgate, 10min to Liverpool street, and about 10min to Shoreditch Highstreet. So basically within 10min walk you have access to H&S, District, Central, Overground, Circle, Metropolitan and national rail.
The flat doesn't have a lounge but the kitchen is a fair size for the area. There's a full bathroom and a second toilet room.
The room is available from the 8th of April and you would be taking over my contract with 6 months left. Straight forward renewal after that.
The room is 850pcm with all bills included. The agency fee is 180 for the usual checks etc.
