Looking for a new flatmate, male or female, to share this amazing flat in Hackney with. I am an outgoing young professional, love music, art, politics and most of all making the most of living in this incredible city.

The flat is just 3 years old, fully furnished and with triple glazing (no noise/low heating bills). The bedroom is ~100 sqft, with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a private door onto the balcony. The room tenant will have full use of the main bathroom as I have an en suite. The unique selling point of the flat is undoubtedly our spacious, South facing wraparound balcony: The panoramic views, stretching from the Olympic Park in the East to the West End, take in Canary Wharf and The City. There is also seating outside and a gas BBQ. In addition, the tenant will have free access to the gym, a roof garden, a concierge and a bike shed. Security is excellent and neighbours are all young professionals.

Hackney Downs (10 mins to Liverpool St) and Hackney Central (10 mins to Highbury & Islington) stations are within a short walking distance. There is a Co-op supermarket, a community centre and a decent restaurant below our building, as well as a Tesco Superstore down the road. Nearest parks are London Fields and Hackney Downs. The Picturehouse Cinema, Hackney Empire theatre, Hackney Walk fashion hub, Victoria Park and Regents Canal are a 15 minute walk away. Local pubs, restaurants and bars are mostly top notch.

My preference is to have someone move in with who is reliable, easy going and sociable. Rent excluding bills is 943 pcm. At the moment, all bills are coming to 90 each pcm.
