We have a spacious double room in our cosy five bedroom house.

You will be sharing with four lovely girls, all professionals in their late 20s-mid 30s, super chilled, clean and friendly! We are preferably looking for similar minded boy to keep the balance of the house.

Rent is 585 per calendar month which includes the council tax. The rest of the bills average to about 50 (water, gas and electric, internet and tv licence)

The house itself is in a great location 5 min walk from Turnpike Lane station with really handy transport links to Central and East. The area itself is in close proximity to supermarkets and some pretty cool bars and pubs.

We are all quite chilled clean and with different cultural and creative backgrounds . We respect each others privacy but also enjoy a dinner, drink or two or BBQ in our sunny garden.
