Flatshare DescriptionIm looking for a friendly professional housemate to share a lovely three bedroom house.
The room is bright and airy, and fully furnished to include a spacious wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a comfy double bed. Available from the 21st (moving date negotiable).
The house is in a fantastic location in N8 on the ever popular 'Haringey Ladder' only a short distance away from Green Lanes with its superb selection of shops, bars and restaurants, including the always popular coffee shops Blend and Beans & Barley, the Salisbury and many other great local pubs, local favourite restaurant Bun & Baras among a great number of others and the organic food store Harringay Local Store. The choice of local shops and supermarkets is also really excellent. Crouch End Broadway and the open spaces of Finsbury Park are within easy walking distance.
The area is very well connected, at only 10 minutes walk from Turnpike Lane Station (Picadilly Line) and 5 minutes walk from Harringay Green Lanes Overground station.
There is a large shared living room with two comfortable sofas and table, a newly fitted and well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a large fridge freezer, bathroom with a separate toilet, gas central heating and full double-glazing. We also have access to a rooftop which is a fantastic space to relax in and enjoy when the sun is out!
The basic rent is 525 per month. All bills are shared between the tenants, and they are usually between 70 and 100 depending on consumption (this includes fast wifi, gas, electricity, water and council tax).
Please keep in mind there is an admin fee of 114 for the agency when first moving in, to be paid once only.
We are two friendly and sociable young professionals, one French male working as a software developer in central London and one Italian female working as a broker in West London.
We both enjoy having a chat after a long day and spending time out to catch up with friends.
