We have two small doubles in a very spacious 4 bed flat on two floors. This is a very homely place and the current tenants have been living in it for a very long time, so it really feels like home!

The rooms have a double bed and a wardrobe and it's perfect for one person. The rent is 560 per month, two week deposit (280); the rent is inclusive of unlimited broadband, council tax and all bills, except for gas and electricity.

The flat has a very large modern kitchen, lovely living room with big tv and balcony, and the bathroom is on the second floor.

The closest stations are Homerton and Hackney Central, the shops are five minutes away and the very green and trendy Victoria Park and London Fields are within a short stroll.
