The apartment is located on a quiet street about 7 min walking distance from Old Street. The living room is very spacious and well lit, since it's facing east south. We get a lot of morning sun. Theres also a balcony, which is perfect for the summer.

The available double room is approx. 12 sqm with wooden floor:) Its facing the courtyard and therefore very quiet. You will be sharing the flat with 1 female young professional. So you will enjoy the flat sometime by yourself.

The room doesn't have any furniture, but if you like to keep some of my furniture, we can sort it out.

Sadly I'm leaving this lovely flat. I am looking for someone taking over my contract. There will be references required and the process would take until two weeks, I prefer to find someone as soon as possible to start the process.

We have the contract signed until April 2019, with the option to be extended. The property is managed by the professional agency, who solves any occurring issues usually on the same day. Since I moved into the flat over two years ago, the rent hasn't been raised and I have to say the landlord invests in improving the quality of living.

The price for the double room would be 850 pcm + bills (100 depending on usage).

Deposit is 1110, which makes the half of the total deposit. Your deposit will be protected by the security scheme. The agency will release the deposit once you leave the flat.

The admin cost of the contract would be 150 paid to the agency.
