Hello, we are moving out of our room in our Queens Park flat.

The room is a double and comes with a double bed, built in storage/shelving and gets lots of natural light.

The flat has one shared bathroom and an open plan kitchen and living room space that you will share with the current housemate Emma.

Suitable applicant(s) should be professionals that are respectful person/people who enjoy a quiet and cosy atmosphere.

Perfectly located between Queens Park and Kensal Rise high streets, with the flat pretty much opposite the entrance to Queens Park. A beautiful park and great for chilling out or going for a run in - it also has pitch and putt and tennis courts!

TRANSPORT LINKS: Queens park station (Bakerloo line Zone 2) is about a 6min walk with the London overground line into Euston.

Kensal rise station (Overground) is about a 10min walk and is on the other line that runs from Shepherds Bush towards Shoreditch.

AREA: Queens Park and Kensal Rise both have heaps of decent restaurants and pubs, gyms, yoga and supermarkets with a killer farmers market every Sunday.

820 a month (not incl. bills)

Bills approx. 60-80 per month (council tax, internet, gas, water, electricity, TV license, etc.)
