Flatshare DescriptionHi! We are looking for a flat-mate to sublet a very large double room in our apartment until the end of August 2018 (may be renewable, but this cant be confirmed till July 2018). The owner is ok with the sublet and you will pay rent directly to her.
Very large double room for single use (no couples) and it comes with double bed.
YOUR FLATMATES: 2 Italian professionals (one male one female), both working day time. We like to keep the house reasonably clean (we share cleaning duties weekly) and it is important that the new flatmate is happy to maintain the home as a relaxing space (we enjoy going out and socialising but we are not a ' wild party-at-home' household).
YOU: Are a friendly, chilled professional, preferably in your late 20s/30s. Like us, you ideally work daytime hours and only occasionally from home.
We welcome flatmates of any nationality; strictly non-smokers and no pets.
Cyclehoop - metal bike hanger is available right in the courtyard of the building for those who have a bike to store safely. The company that manages (Cyclehoop) charges a small annual fee of 30 (See Cyclehoop website for more information)

The flat is located on the third floor of a modern block with lift and secure entry phone.
8 min walk to Manor House Tube Station (zone 2) and 6 mins walk to Stamford Hill train station (train to Liverpool Street-20 minutes). 15 mins walk to trendy Stoke Newington and 20 mins walk to Dalston. There are also plenty of buses to central London / Stoke Newington / Dalston (bus stops 3-4 mins walk).
Several shops are available in the area, including Sainsbury's & Morrisons (10 mins walk).
The flat has been recently refurbished and has relatively new furniture. 1 full bathroom and a second bathroom with 'emergency' toilet), large kitchen and separate living room (TV, DVD player).
YOUR ROOM: double bed, bed side table, 3 doors wardrobe, chest of drawers, book shelve tower, functional desk, blackout curtains, lamp, lovely view of the nearby reservoir, additional storage furniture, mirror, office chair, bin, stool.
RENT: 590 per month. References an asset but not compulsory.
BILLS: tv licence 5, water 15, Internet 17,20, Council tax 36= TOT 73,20 + Gas (depends on consumption, but typically around 10 per month in winter and 5 in summer (these are paid directly to the owner who pays them monthly).
We top up electricity directly ourselves on a need-to-be basis at the local shop, using the key metre (around 20 per month).
