We are looking for someone to join our house in Stoke Newington.

The house is currently occupied by 4 professionals (Design, Advertising, Animation, Law).

The house is in great condition, including a large cooking area, living room and a garden for BBQs in summer. Its really awesome!

The room is on the first floor of the house, towards a quiet street, has a lot of space, a kingsize bed and is getting a lot of natural light all day. It comes with a desk and a lot of storage space. Council Tax is included in the rent. Bills and internet are about 80 per month.

It is a 2-minute walk from wonderful Church Street with a lot of nice cafes, restaurants and shops. Clissold Park and Woodberry Wetlands are within walking distance.

The overground is just a short walk from the house and with busses you get easily to Liverpool Street, Kings Cross or Old Street. It's a 15- minute walk to Dalston Kingsland Station.
