Lovely (grade II listed!) two-floor garden flat with high ceilings, wooden floors. Double bedroom is not huge, but is quiet with window looking out onto the garden and plenty of scope for adding extra storage. White walls, new carpets. Includes my gorgeous and friendly cat. Garden has a shed for extra/bike storage.

Location is one of the best things - super close to central and the rest of east London, and v well connected, plus everything you need in Whitechapel.

Total bills, inc council tax and our cleaner who comes every week are around 140

I am a 31-year-old journalist. I work longish hours 5 days a week and some weekends. Otherwise generally pretty chill and tidy, have friends over very occasionally. Like to cook.
