Although bedroom is a double and there is a loads of shared living space (whole ground floor of the house) we would still only like to rent it to a single person to make sure quality of living remains at very good standard..

The property is situated along very quiet pedestrian walk (no motor traffic in front or back of the house).

Currently, there are four of us sharing the house.

We are looking for a friendly & respectful professional, to join us for a minimum six months term. Age (28-40) working full time and who likes children as one of us is only 3,5 years old
