Flatshare Description

Looking for a nice, sociable, responsible and tidy flatmate to share this spacious flat with 1 person in Maida Vale/Little Venice (5 mins from Warwick Avenue station).

This well-sized room is on the upper floor of the property - as a result, it regularly gets lovely sunshine. The room is well-furnished, with a double bed, cupboards, chest of drawers, desk and chair and has an en-suite bathroom.

The flat is very spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big living room and a decent kitchen. The kitchen has all the standard fixings: fridge/freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher... The flat also comes equipped with all mod-cons: washing-machine / dryer, flat screen TV, Sky, Internet (WiFi), etc.

It is part of a large Victorian set of flats, with a massive communal garden and usage of a shared tennis court.

The Flat is in a nice and quiet part of Maida Vale, with excellent public transport access (Warwick Avenue & Maida Vale Stations on the Bakerloo Line are only 5 mins walk away), meaning its quick to get to central London where most of us work. There are a few lovely pubs within easy walking distance: The Warrington, The Elgin and The Prince Alfred, as well as nice restaurants, shops and the Maida Vale Everyman Cinema nearby. Little Venice is only 5 mins away and Regent's park is just a 15 min walk.

You'll only be sharing with me... I'm Spanish and have been living in the flat for over 8 years - it's a fantastic property! I am a professional working in the movie industry. I speak fluent English in addition to my native language (Spanish) and French. Several people have moved in and out over the years - most of them being friends or friends of friends. So the atmosphere has always been very friendly - we would spend time chatting in the flat and hang out every now and again. I'm hoping to keep it that way.

Price includes utilities and council tax.
