We have super cosy double bedroom in a friendly 4 bedroom flat share, conveniently located near Old Street (zone 1) in Central London (sorry about the bad quality of the pictures, we can send more if you want).


At the moment we are 3 working professionals: Aymeric, French, cartoon artist. Massi, Italian, graphic designer. Loic, French, survey engineer. We are super easy going and chilled. We respect the fact that each of us has a different life, but sometimes we also go for a couple of pints together. We are also tidy, clean (we have a rota for cleaning) and really respectful. The flat is bright, cosy and warm, the position is great and the landlord really chilled (he makes individual contracts for each flatmates, so no headache).

We are looking for someone nice and friendly, so if you are interested send us a line and come over to have a look :)

Rent is 627 per month (council tax, water, heating are included)

Bills 30 circa per month (gas, electric, wifi, TV licence) will be added to the rent

The contract is for 1 year with a 6 month minimum
