Flatshare DescriptionOne double room in a 2 bedroom flat (top of Victorian house) on a leafy quiet street in the middle of Stoke Newington. The flat is split-level with a bedroom on each floor and the room available is on the first floor.
The bedroom is furnished with , a wardrobe and 2 x large chests of drawers . I have furnished the flat over the past few years as it was pretty bare when I moved in. The living room has two sofas, lots bookshelves, some plants etc.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and bits n bobs - it overlooks a large garden, which is well-maintained with garden furniture, BBQ, washing line etc. . I have very friendly, reliable neighbours downstairs who share the garden - there is a real sense of community and people enjoy living on this street.
The house is equidistant to both Church street with its restaurants/bars and also lively Dalston. Clissold Park and the leisure centre are a short walk away.
You will be sharing with one friendly professional female (mid-30s) who works Monday to Friday and tends and about at the weekend enjoying London. This definitely not a party flat but that does not mean that friends popping by aren't welcome.
I have lived in the flat for over 4 years and due to work commitments (working overseas a lot) my room will be available for 3 months initially but negotiable for longer if you are looking for something more permanent.
If this sounds like a place you feel you'd like to live and you are responsible when it comes to security as well as keeping the place clean and tidy - I look forward to hearing from you.
I will be holding viewings on the Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th October and the flat will be available from end of October.
