We are looking for a friendly professional to rent a large single bedroom in a three bedroom terrace house which is only a 6 minute walk from the tube station and the buses, and only a 15 minutes walk from Balham train station and St Georges Hospital.

You will be sharing with the two of us, we are both friendly and quiet professionals.

The house has a modern new kitchen, a good sized living room, a spare room, a bathroom, a very nice low maintenance garden and plenty of storage space in the attic.

The room is on the first floor at the back of the house. It has wooden floors, a single bed, a tall chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a chair and some shelves.

The kitchen includes washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. and the living room/dinning room is fully furnished with TV, DVD & Freeview...

A cleaner comes once a week to clean the common areas but you won't have to pay anything in addition for her or for the wireless Broadband connection.

Bills come to about 50 per month and council tax is a further 18 per month
