We got a spacious double bedroom for SINGLE use available in our happy and tidy house share in Willesden Junction.

Available from the 1st of July for 2 MONTHS

EXCLUDED: Gas& Electricity (about 10-15 per person )

It's at the first floor on the rear of the house and looking onto the garden (east) therefore it's sunny in the morning and very quiete.

It comes furnished with a double bed , wardrobe & chest of draws.

The property is a terraced house with:

-Ground floor-

separate furnished reception room

kitchen with appliances(fridge, freezer, washing machine, storage), gas hob, table and chairs

back yard with storage for bicycles, line to dry clothes and BBQ (access from kitchen)

one full bathroom

-First floor-

3 bedrooms

The house got wooden floor throughout except for kitchen and bathroom.

it's bright , well insulated and with double glazed windows therefore warm in winter.

The heating and hot water is provided by the gas central heating system that can be set according to time we are at home.

All this above means quite reasonable low energy bills

The house is fully equipped.Plates, pans, glasses, appliances , ironing board etc

You can use everything is in the house.you won't have to buy anything

Bus stop on the doorstep and Willesden Junction station(zone2) five mins walk away .

(Bakerloo line, overground to stratford, acton and euston etc)

The Central Line North Acton zone 2( open 24 Hr over the weekend)is 600 mt away.

The main road with shops, banks, post office etc is only 10 mins walk away.

it's close to the beautiful Willesden sport centre (athletic track, swimming pool, gym etc) and Westfield shopping centre.

100 meter away there's the canal leading to Little venice and paddington. Ideal route for running or cycling to the city centre

You gonna share the house with other 2 people (max 3 people living in the house-no landlord!!)

we are 2 professionals in our mid 30's , easy going, relaxed and respectful who just felt in love with cycling
