Flatshare Description

We are hardworking friendly couple looking for a flatmate for our spareroom.

It is beautiful ground floor riverside flat in a peaceful safe location.

The Flat is in an amazing location with free on street parking. It is less than 5 minutes to Rotherhithe Overground station, or less than 10 minutes to Canada Water station. There are regular buses as well from near by.

Just round the corner are two great local pubs as well as a Nisa for food, etc. At Canada Water there is a shopping centre, supermarket cinema etc. all within a 10 minute walk from the flat.

There is a large well lit communal sitting room with additional dining room area and a spacious modern kitchen with all the amenities.

The bedroom is a good sized double with a large window and built in wardrobe. In addition to the bedroom you would have your own bathroom with shower/bath, toilet etc.

We also have two very friendly oriental house cats living here, so it is important that we find another cat lover who doesn't mind sharing their home with pets.

We are ideally looking for a quiet tidy professional.
