Flatshare Description

Beautiful double room in sunny, spacious two bed top floor flat in a large old Victorian house just minutes from Finsbury Park and Stroud Green.

The room available for 6 months in the first instance, with the option to extend afterwards. Move in date of 1st July or slightly earlier if needed.

The flat is split over two levels, the first level includes the bathroom and a small bedroom which is not available. The room is at the back of the house overlooking the ground floor flat's large garden and Finsbury Park.

The upper level has the bedroom which is available, and also looks out over the garden, aswell as a nice large lounge, with two big sofas, dining table, old fireplace and tv/sound system. The kitchen is separate with a decent cooker, washing machine, microwave etc.

The flat has broadband/wifi, a landline and Sky+. Bills come to about 130/month.

It's about 8 mins to Finsbury Park station (Victoria and Piccadilly lines, overground trains to Liverpool Street/Moorgate, buses to central London etc). Finsbury Park itself is only 3 minutes from the front door which is great in the summer, good for walking, running, rowing on the lake, tennis courts, basketball.

It's 5 mins to Stroud Green Road, which has good cafes/restaurants and Tesco/Sainsbury. It's also 5 mins to the local pub - Faltering Fullback - which has an amazing beer garden and cheap Thai food.

The flat is well maintained with loft storage and there is room to keep a bike in the hall and off street parking. Very easy going landlord.

Would suit someone working/studying in central London, who wants somewhere calm and easy going to live.

Sharing with friendly female working in costume design.

Thank you for reading,

Ali :)
