Flatshare Description

This is a small - and I do mean small - room on the top floor of a 1970s terraced house. We're close to Lambeth Bridge, about 8 minutes from Vauxhall or Kennington tubes and 5 minutes from 3, 59, 159, 344 and 360 buses and a mini-Tesco. The living room and bathroom are small, but the kitchen is large, and you'll be sharing with a civil servant, charity worker and a computer analyst. The garden has a little space for growing vegetables if you're green-fingered, and catches the sun in the afternoon. We occasionally eat together, watch catch-up TV - especially nature, history, archaeology, GBBO and Strictly - and films (from Powell & Pressburger to Pixar!) We also like (not necessarily all of us, all of the time) athletics, football, rugby, ceilidhs, reading, languages and sword-fighting. There are a corner shop, a whole food shop and a pub within 30 seconds of the front door. The bills are approx. £56 on top including Council Tax.
