Flatshare Description

Hi

We have a room available in our lovely house in Leyton. The room comes unfurnished and is 550 a month. Bills are around 80 per month each. The room is at the back of the house and is a decent size, the boiler is in the room but we are getting it boarded to minimise any noise.

You will be sharing with two females in there 30's, Jenni works in brand marketing and Anna works at a retail head office in art direction. We are looking for someone to help make the house a home rather than just to rent a room.

The house has a decent sized garden which we are hoping to make the most of this summer. The location is 15 minute walk from Leyton tube, with plenty of buses to Leyton, Stratford and to Walthamstow. The house is on the edge of hackney marshes and a short walk to the River Lea - Lovely in the Summer!

We are flexible with the move in date but hoping to fill the room by mid June. If you are interested please email with a little bit about yourself and we will be in touch for viewings.
